Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the fulfillment date of your order. Returns requested after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

To receive a full refund, returned items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with the cellophane intact.
If the product is returned in any other condition, our Quality Control Team will inspect it. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued as store credit, and the value will be determined based on the item's condition.
Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, we will gladly offer a refund, exchange, or replacement. Items must be returned within 14 days of the fulfillment date, in their original, unopened, and sellable condition, with all parts of the packaging (caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, etc.) included.

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
A $10 flat return shipping fee will apply to all returns unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
